SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 3-­9 business days for processing all orders. Shipping times do not include processing time. Please allow extra time for delivery around the holidays.

 

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Once your order has shipped the carrier is solely responsible for delivery.  The Jewel Swap has no control over nor any responsibility for any packages once they have left our facility.

 

The customer is responsible for any additional surcharge penalties in regard to undeliverable packages, including return to sender fees and fees for future shipments. It is the customers responsibility to file any claims for any damaged or missing packages or any packages delivered to a wrong address. On a case by case basis, The Jewel Swap might assist you on your claim by providing information and/or proof of necessary items.

 

The Jewel Swap cannot be held responsible for wrong doings by any carrier or logistics provider

 

 

RETURN POLICY

We pride ourselves in offering some of the best jewelry you can find and ultimately want you to love your purchase. Sometimes, things just don’t work out as planned and we understand. The Jewel Swap gladly accepts returns if the criteria outline in our terms and conditions are met.  Returns must post marked within 14 days of original ship date. Orders post marked after the outlined time may possibly receive a store credit. Orders post marked after 30 days will be returned at the customer’s expense. Once returns are received please allow up to 14 days for return to be processed.
